It is located 27 km from Ulcinj and only 7 km from the largest lake in the Balkans “Skadarsko jezero.” A stay here provides a quiet rest and gives the possibility of enjoying the long walks. Rooms have air-conditioning, bathroom, TV and balcony. The building has a restaurant and parking for guests. 
The hotel complex consists of four buildings. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished, all with balcony, bathroom, satellite TV and air conditioning. On each floor there is a kitchen available to guests. Rooms have no view on the sea, but to the beach (Velika Plaza) is around 7 minutes on foot. The center of Ulcinj, bustling day and night, is about 1500 meters. Located at the seaside. Rooms are 2, 3 and 4-bed rooms with air-conditioning, bathroom, TV, balcony or terrace. The building has a restaurant, terrace and the beach and most rooms with a view of the sea. 
Rooms: 3 and 4 bed rooms, mostly with French bed, most with ocean views. All have air-conditioning, bathroom, mini kitchen, TV and balcony or terrace. On the roof there is an additional terrace for guests.
This is a new complex with a view on the sea. Located in a quiet part of the lagoon Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj. The advantage of such a position between the two cities is easy access to good clubs, cafes and restaurants. 
The villa is situated at the seaside. Rooms are 2, 3 and 4 bed rooms, all with air conditioning, bathroom, refrigerator, TV. Almost all are equipped with a French bed and 1 or 2 single beds. Most rooms have a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Spacious villa is furnished, has its own swimming pool, restaurant and parking.
